How can we include Guidly in our offers?
In two ways: offer it as part of your premium experiences, or resell it as part of the price of your trips, with or without a margin.
How do we distribute the vouchers?
With the partner dashboard, you buy access codes as needed and add them to the travel documents. With the API or a webhook, a single-use voucher is generated and sent automatically to the client as soon as their booking is confirmed.
What does a voucher unlock?
A Guidly pass for the planned duration: personalized tour guides for the places covered, in the traveler’s language, with the ability to ask questions. Every code gives access to all of the app’s features.
Do the codes expire?
No, an unused code has no automatic expiry date. Once activated, access stays valid for the duration set when it was issued, with no automatic renewal.
Which languages does Guidly support?
12+ languages. Each traveler chooses theirs in the app.
Does Guidly replace our guides?
No. Guidly covers free time, destinations with no scheduled tour, and travelers who prefer to explore on their own. When a guide is present, they remain the reference.
